Baby cat model is scaled incorrectly

The cat model is scaled by a factor of 0.8 to differentiate it from the ocelot. However, the newly introduced baby model is not scaled down, making its head bigger than an adult’s head.

The baby cat’s real scale is 0.4, and the resource pack multiplies it by 2.5, resulting in 1. To fix this issue, it should be multiplied by 2 instead.
