[MC-305507] Baby cats' model is not scaled

The cat model is scaled by a factor of 0.8 to differentiate it from the ocelot. However, the newly introduced baby model is not scaled, making its head bigger than an adult’s head.

Can confirm. Here is an adult cat’s head and a baby cat’s head directly overlayed on top of each other.

This bug has been Re-Introduced in 26.1 Pre-Release 2. The baby cats once again have a head larger than the adults as they are once again the same size as baby ocelots.
