I would like to report a critical world generation bug that causes tree structures to generate incompletely due to logs being randomly replaced by vines.

Description:
While playing in a Hardcore mode world, I noticed many irregular holes appearing in trees within Jungle biomes. Upon closer inspection, these missing log blocks were being replaced by vines that should normally only attach to the surface of logs, not replace them entirely. After exploring other biomes, I confirmed similar issues occur with any tree variation that naturally generates with vines. This bug exclusively affects trees that have vines as part of their natural generation.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a new standard world.

2. Locate a Jungle biome or any other biome where vines naturally generate on trees.

3. Observe the integrity of the generated trees.

Expected Result:
Trees should generate with complete, intact log structures. Vines should generate on the surface of logs as intended.

Actual Result:
Some log blocks that should be part of the tree structure are missing and instead replaced by vines. This results in trees with unnatural holes and incomplete structures.
