I created a new world in the latest version of Minecraft Bedrock on Windows 11.
When I first entered the world, the clouds appeared normal.
After closing the world and opening it again later, the clouds appeared dark gray/black even though the weather was clear and there was no rain or thunderstorm.
The sky is clear and the sun is visible, but the clouds look like they are in rainy weather.
Biome: Plains
Steps to Reproduce
Create a new world.
Enter the world.
Exit and close the world.
Open the same world again.
Clouds appear dark even though the weather is clear.
Expected Result
Clouds should remain normal (white) when the weather is clear.
Actual Result
Clouds appear dark like rainy weather without any rain.

Can confirm. This occurs in any world save that has the lightningLevel float tag set to 1, but the rainLevel float tag set to 0 in level.dat. Unofficially, I would call this weather type “Stormy Clear” if this was a proper weather type in the game.
