End Flashes is smaller on Bedrock Edition

In the latest preview, End Flashes has been added to Fancy and Simple graphics mode, but the size of the flashes is different when compared to Java Edition.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Change your graphics mode to either Fancy or Simple

2. Join any worlds, and then go to End

3. Wait until End Flashes appears

4. Observe

Expected results:
The size of the flashes is bigger, matching Java Edition.

Observed results:
The size of the flashes is smaller.
