End Flashes are smaller on Bedrock Edition

In the latest preview, End Flashes were added to Fancy and Simple graphics mode, but the size of the flashes is different when compared to Java Edition.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Change your graphics mode to either Fancy or Simple

2. Join any worlds, and then go to End

3. Wait until End Flashes appear

4. Observe

Expected results:
The size of the flashes is bigger, matching Java Edition.

Observed results:
The size of the flashes is smaller.
