A few minutes after I updated my game, the clock in an item frame on my wall appeared as a bunch of pink, yellow, black, and green scattered dots. When in the hotbar, the picture appears normal, but when I hold it in my hand, it's the aforementioned scattered dots. In the picture attached, there aren't black and green dots; those appeared later.
