The recipe book/creative inventory now has a weird shadow on the top row

The bug

In version 26.10.21 and below, the recipe book and creative inventory looked like this:

As of 26.10.23 and later, it now looks like this:

There is now a weird shadow that overlaps the top two pixels of the first row.
