Transparent bar appears below recipe book search bar

In current Preview versions, a transparent bar appears directly below the search bar in the recipe book UI. This visual issue does not occur in the 26.0 stable release.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Launch Minecraft Preview.

2. Open a world.

3. Open the Player inventory.

4. Open the recipe book.

5. Observe the area directly below the recipe book search bar.

Observed Results:

A transparent bar is visible beneath the search bar.

Expected Results:

No transparent bar should appear below the search bar, matching the behavior in the 26.0 stable release.
