Zombie rider with lances spawning in fully lit up base

When I checked to see if the issue was reported, it was, but it was over 3 months ago. It says the issue is resolved as of December 25th 2025, but it very much isn't as of March 30th 2026. I have nearly lost my hardcore world several times because the zombie riders are spawning in my base that is fully lit up and surrounded by walls. Just in the span of 3 Minecraft days they have spawned every single night.
