This issue is still happening as of March 30th 2026 on bedrock. My base is fully lit up and has a wall surrounding it and Lance zombies are still spawning almost every night. I am playing hardcore and I've almost lost my world multiple times due to this glitch. There are no other mobs that spawn only the zombie horse rider.
