Guardians laser beam does not renders when texture streaming is enabled

In the latest beta/preview, if you have texture streaming options enabled, the Guardians laser beam does not renders.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Settings > Video, then enabled “Texture Streaming” and restart the game

2. Join any world, then summon Elder Guardian and Guardian

3. Change your gamemode to survival

4. Observe

Expected results:
Guardians laser beam are rendered.

Observed results:
Guardians laser beam does not render at all.
