[MCPE-238493] Exporting a structure using the Structure Block disables mipmapping

Steps to Reproduce:

Using commands, get a structure block
Place it down and set the mode to “3D Export”
Export the structure
Close the export menu

Observed Results:
The mipmapping is disabled until the world is reloaded.

Expected Results:
The mipmapping is kept.

Notes: This may be related to the removal of padding for textures.

I’d just label it as resolved, the bug no longer happens to me either
