Summary:
In the 26.30 Preview versions, the player’s profile picture in the main menu no longer displays their equipped Marketplace or Character Creator skin. Instead, it always displays the default Alex skin.
This issue is specific to the 26.30 Previews and does not occur in 26.20 Stable.
Steps to Reproduce:
Launch Minecraft Preview.
Open the Dressing Room.
Equip a Marketplace or Character Creator skin.
Return to the main menu.
Observe the profile picture in the bottom-left corner.
Observed Results:
The main menu profile picture displays the default Alex skin instead of the equipped skin. Opening the player’s Profile page correctly displays the equipped skin.
Expected Results:
The main menu profile picture should display the player’s currently equipped skin, matching the behavior in 26.20 Stable.
