Mouse cursor changed to unavailable cursor while hovering not-clickable box

Mouse cursor changed to unavailable cursor while hovering not-clickable box. Here’s list of affected UIs in Ore UI:

• Percentage, in progress, gamerscore, and time played box in achievments menu

• While hovering gray box in achievment details

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open any UI are listed above

2. Try hovering your mouse cursor

Observed Results:

Mouse cursor changed to unavailable cursor while hovering not-clickable box. Unavailable cursor type only happens if there are something can’t be changed (e.g. turn on hardcore after creating world)

Expected Results:

Mouse cursor do not change
