The bug:
End portal room can generate completely /partially misaligned to the corridors in tiny strongholds.
Steps to repro:
Partially Misaligned Stronghold portal room seed:
Make a world with this seed: -3115191423910364848
Teleport to this position: /tp -2918.67 16.00 -3180.73
Go into spectator
Fully Misaligned Stronghold portal room seed:
Make a world with this seed: 642239681
Teleport to this position: /tp -7750 25 -1130
Go into spectator, you can see the portal room is really misaligned to stronghold route
Observed Results:
End portal room is seen overriding the other stronghold parts for seed -3115191423910364848, also blocking the intended path for that seed. You can’t access it without breaking blocks if coming from the starting staircase for either affected seed.
Expected Results:
End portal rooms must generate aligned to the stronghold route, but they still must be guaranteed to generate.
Perhaps the jigsaw system can be used to fix this bug, as it is really good at aligning structure parts correctly
