Sulfur and Cinnabar stairs being placed above a chest prevent the chest from opening. This is inconsistent with all other stairs.
Steps to Reproduce:
Place a chest
Place a Sulfur stair or Cinnabar stair on top of the chest
Try to open the chest
Observed Results:
The chest cannot be opened.
Expected Results:
The chest can be opened.
