When you place a cinabar stair and you place a chest under it you canot open the chest unlike with other stairs like wood or stone stairs you can open a chest under them since its not a full block but with the cinabar stairs you canot open a chest placed under it

Same goes for bottom slabs. That is really inconsistent with upright stairs despite the fact upright stairs take up more volume.
