Every time I unlock an achivement on Nintendo Switch, the achivement take like a minute to unlock.
How to do it:
Connect to a Microsoft account if you’re not.
Play a World with achivement on.
Unlock any achivement like take inventory or getting wood.
The achivement take a very long time to show (on top of the screen) and his name is in english no matter what (See here: https://report.bugs.mojang.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/6/MCPE-240334).

These are actually 2 separate issues you got here, it it better to split the ticket up.
Your first issue was that the achievement name is always shown in English regardless of your languages.
Your second issue was that achievements take a long time to show up.
