Steps to reproduce:
Make sure the game is set to languages other than English, due to MCPE-152398, if the language you’re switching away from was English, restart the game.
Reproduce MCPE-239966 (surf in the Dressing Room / Marketplace until an error occurs) for Windows, or disconnect from the internet (Windows, iOS, etc)
Go to the Dressing Room
(Windows only) If disconnected before, reconnect the computer to the internet
Click “Change this Character” or “Change this skin”
Look at the title (“Character Creator - Offline” / “Classic Skins - Offline” for English)
Expected result: It should be translated for languages other than English
Observed result: It’s not translated (see “Character Creator offline untranslated.png” and “Classic Skins offline untranslated.png“)
Note: Discovered while being affected by MCPE-239966
