Elytra animation appears upright when viewed from another player in Bedrock Edition

Summary:

In Minecraft: Bedrock Edition, the Elytra flight animation appears incorrectly when viewed from another player. The flying player appears to remain upright instead of using the horizontal flying pose.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Have two players join the same Minecraft Bedrock world.

2. Have one player equip an Elytra.

3. Start flying with the Elytra.

4. Have the other player look at the flying player from a third-person or external perspective.

5. Observe the flying player's animation.

Expected result:

The player should appear in a horizontal flying pose, similar to the Elytra animation seen in Java Edition.

Actual result:

When viewed by another player, the flying player appears to remain standing upright while flying. The player's actual movement/hitbox appears to behave as if they are flying normally, but the visible character animation is incorrect.

This issue is especially noticeable when the flying player is on fire, because the fire animation also appears to remain vertically oriented rather than following the expected horizontal flying pose.
