MC-310941 was just fixed in Java Edition, however Bedrock Edition appears to be suffering from the exact same issue.
To reproduce, turn on captions, and either ride a nautilus, or run /playsound mob.nautilus.ride - a caption would be expected in the bottom right corner, but is noticeably absent.
To fix this, implement a proper caption.
