Downward bubble column sounds don't have subtitles attached to them

In Java Edition, the noises emitted ambiently by downward bubble columns display the caption “Bubbles whirl”. However, bubble columns in Bedrock Edition appear to show no subtitle at all, which I think is incorrect behaviour, and certainly constitutes a parity issue of some sort as well.

Easily reproduced by simply turning on captions and being near a downwards bubble column.
