The chest of abandoned camps may not correctly display loots upon first interaction

Short description of the issue
The chest of the Abandoned Camp may not display items correctly upon first opening.

Steps to reproduce the issue
1. Create a new world with Creative Mode and Cheats enabled.
2. Use the following command: /locate structure minecraft:abandoned_camp_bamboo_jungle (any biome camp is okay).
3. Use /tp to get there.
4. Open the chest of the camp.

Expected result
The chest can show the loots correctly, and play opening sound & animation normally as expected.

Actual result
The chest sometimes displays empty GUI, with no items inside; doesn’t play opening sound and animation upon first opening. But the chest may return to normal upon the second or later opening.
