Fossil features’ outputs are their input positions

Fossil feature output position regurgitates its input position. This makes decorating fossil features nearly impossible. The typical way to handle such is with sequence features, but later features in the sequence will just output to the input of the fossil feature, detaching them from one another.

Demonstration

The attached video demonstrates this issue. A sequence feature is set up to emit obsidian after a fossil feature is placed. But the obsidian is placed at the input (command invocation) position, while the fossil is placed elsewhere entirely due to MCPE-242159.

Reproduction

The demo video is taken from the behavior pack in the attached world for convenience. This world can be opened (in Minecraft Preview) for inspection or unzipped to access the code associated with such.
