In the latest version of Bedrock Edition, blocks such as redstone torches can no longer be placed on the sides of honey blocks. This behavior is inconsistent with older versions, where honey blocks allowed torches to be mounted on their side faces.
This change breaks a large number of existing redstone contraptions. Many compact redstone machine designs are built around the ability to place redstone torches on the sides of honey blocks. This restriction disrupts existing builds, renders devices in old saves non-functional, and limits players' creativity.
Steps to Reproduce
Place a honey block.
Attempt to place a redstone torch on any side of the honey block.
Actual Result
Redstone torches cannot attach to the sides of honey blocks.
Expected Result
Redstone torches should be placeable on the sides of honey blocks successfully, consistent with the behavior of older Bedrock Edition versions.

I think maybe the reason this report is intended is because this behaviour now matches Java, honey blocks not having side support anymore in Bedrock Edition matches Java Edition’s behaviour.
