Flowers and Torches are both visible in the "dropped" stage on creative

This isnt a bug, this is how its supposed to work (Work As Intended)

There should not be that kind of drop animation on creative. And it only works whenever you destroy it a certain way.

I am resolving this as working as intended because this is how the desktop edition handles it.
