Starting to charge immediately after jabbing with a spear does not causes it to rotate 270 degrees in third person

In Java Edition, when the player immediately initiates charge attack after doing jab attack with a spear, the spear will rotate 270 degrees in third person, this wasn't the case on Bedrock Edition.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Give yourself a Netherite Spear

2. Switch your perspective to third person front

3. While holding the spear, press attack button, then immediately press use button

Expected result:
Spear rotate 270 degrees, matching Java Edition.

Actual result:
Spear does not rotate 270 degrees.
