Spear is much bigger on Bedrock Edition

The spear in Bedrock Edition are scaled much bigger when compared to Java Edition.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch Minecraft for Windows and Minecraft: Java Edition

2. Set both FOV to 70 (and disable Field of view can be altered by gameplay on Bedrock Edition)

3. Summon a Armor Stand (on Java Edition, run this commands to summon Armor Stand with arms: /summon armor_stand ~ ~ ~ {ShowArms:1b})

4. Give them Netherite Spear

5. Put a cushion 2 block from the Armor Stand, and sit on them

6. Compare the size on both Bedrock Edition and Java Edition

Expected result:
The spear size are the same on both version.

Actual result:
The spear is much bigger in Bedrock Edition.
