Clouds dont appear when looking threw the glass and stained glass

It currently works as intended. Matt (Jocapa3) explained that the new rendering engine Tommaso used to create stained glass will have couple bugs. This bug won't be fixed in the near future, because its really hard to fix. You also can NOT see glass in the water.

This issue is marked for a fix in a future version update.
