Steps to reproduce:
Open Minecraft on a mobile device.
Go to Dressing Room / Classic Skins and select "Choose New Skin".
Select a valid .PNG skin file from the device's internal storage/gallery.
The skin applies correctly and works during the session.
Close and restart the Minecraft application.
Observed results:
Upon restarting, the custom skin disappears. The game displays an error message: "Could not access storage location" or "Failed to load skin: location inaccessible". The issue persists regardless of switching the File Storage Location setting between "Application" and "External", even though the device folder has full read/write permissions granted. It only works with the current default appearance or Marketplace skin packs.
Expected results:
The imported custom .PNG skin should remain saved and load successfully every time the game is restarted without storage location errors.
