Skeletons can't use ice balls

Skeletons cannot use ice balls as a ranged attack mean.

• Steps to reproduce the issue
  1. Create a new world with creative mode, cheats and 2026 drop 4 experiments.
  2. Use the command: /time set midnight
  3. Summon some skeletons.
  4. Use the command: /replaceitem entity @e[type=skeleton] slot.weapon.mainhand 1 ice_ball
  5. Change game mode into survival.

• Expected result
  The skeleton can shoot ice balls toward the player.

• Actual result
  The skeleton cannot do this. Instead, they just use melee.
