Frostbites cannot use spear‘s charge attack

Frostbites cannot use spear‘s charge attack.
Steps to reproduce the issue
1. Create a new world with creative mode, cheats and 2026 drop 4 experiments.
2. Set time to night. Summon one or a lot of frostbites.
3. Use the command:

/replaceitem entity @e[type=frostbite] slot.weapon.mainhand 1 netherite_spear
4. Summon some villagers. Observe the frostbites attacking the villagers.

• Expected result
  The frostbites with spears can use charge attack.

• Actual result
  The frostbites with spears can only cause basic damage of spear, without being able to use charge attack like normal zombies.
