Not remembering my skins or general option toggles

Whenever first booting up minecraft bedrock edition, the game changes all my custom classic skins to default skins and when toggling options in the general settings tab, such as “Filter profanity” or “Only allow trusted skins”, all get switched to what they were before i switched them. The images i attached below are like the default settings the game reverts to every single time i boot up the game, for example i always switch “Filter Profanity” To off, but when opening minecraft it switches it back on even after toggling.
