Please DO NOT mark this as duplicate of MCPE‑179496.
MCPE‑179496 resolved the Improved Input Response memory‑leak ONLY for Windows platform.
This fix was NOT ported to mobile Android and iOS Bedrock 26.52.
On mobile devices, Improved Input Response is forced‑enabled.
There is NO in‑game toggle setting for players to disable this function.
Reproduction steps:
Enter a world, fly and load many chunks continuously for 15‑25 minutes.
Do not restart the application.
What actually happens:
Memory usage keeps rising gradually. Game lags heavily, device becomes hot, frame rate drops.
The only workaround is to fully force‑close and restart the whole Minecraft app.
What we expect:
Apply the same Windows‑side memory‑leak fix to Android and iOS mobile platforms, or add a toggle in‑game for mobile players.
This bug reproduces on both iOS and Android mobile devices.
I can reproduce this issue on iOS device without any add‑ons or resource packs.
Memory usage steadily rises when flying and loading chunks.
The only workaround is fully closing Minecraft app.
The fix from MCPE‑179496 still has NOT been ported to mobile iOS and Android.
Mobile players have no toggle to turn off Improved Input Response.
