Brittle ice doesn't eject items from inside it, or apply item physics to any item its placed on

Normally when a block is placed onto an item, the item get pushed out of the the block to an empty air block next to it, this doesnt happen with brittle ice

steps to reproduce

1. throw an item on the ground

2. place a brittle ice block on it.

3. the item will not move or get pushed out, like it should

4. you can also throw an item into a 1x1 hole, then place a brittle ice, and the item will not move upwards and out

this affects brittle ice farms
