Hey everyone!
It’s been a while since my account isn’t receiving any achievements. although I am playing survival worlds and tried my best to solve this issue by logging off Microsoft store and XBOX app, but nothing is synced correctly. Even my custom skin in every time I load the game I have to put my custom skin again. Even checking my profile in the game the Overview section is just loading and my profile Stats is just counting Time played.

Please try the solution in the description of MCPE-115808 and see if that fixes the issue. If not, contact Community Support for assistance and refer to this ticket by providing a link.
The issue with custom skins not saving after restarting the game is tracked at MCPE-241720 .
