FIX ZOMBIE HORSE JOCKEY SPAWN!!

I've been dealing with zombie horse jockeys spawning in areas already lit with torches for a YEAR now. It makes this game unplayable! I can't have a village base without them spawning and murdering all my villagers. Their code believes they are a passive mob or something. It's becoming extremely annoying and I thought it would've been fixed by now but it seems the devs are more focused on new biomes and dimensions rather than fixing their game. PLEASE for the love of God fix this bug it's the worst one and literally EVERY BEDROCK PLAYER HAS TO DEAL WITH IT!!!
