I have a problem with minecraft skins

For months, almost a year or more, when I want to load my custom skin it always loads, but the gray skin stays like this and when I want to make adjustments such as the layer or log in again, the custom skin is removed, however, when I enter servers or with friends my skin is never shown for them, they see me with a base skin like steve or alex. I already tried using .mcpack for the skins, I tried using or changing formats of the skin image, and recently when I got Minecraft Java I see that my skin loads there without any problem, so I assumed that the problem is not with the skin.
