Description of the issue:
Fletcher Villagers are not able to sell Freezing Tipped Arrow or other tipped arrows added since version 1.6.0.
Steps to reproduce:
Open a new world and grab Fletching Tables, Villager Spawn Eggs, and a Bed.
Place a Bed and at least 100 Fletching Tables.
Spawn 100 Fletcher Villagers. (With 100 villagers, there is a ~99.2% chance of encountering any specific tipped arrow trade if it exists in the pool).
Level all villagers up to Master level (Tier 5), or use a trade preview resource pack.
Expected result:
At master level at least one of the Fletcher Villagers should trade a Freezing Tipped Arrow 99.2% of the time.
Actual result:
Master lever Fletcher Villagers are not able to trade Freezing Tipped Arrows (or arrows of slow falling/oozing/wind charging/weaving/infestation).
Notes:
The attached fletcher_trades.json file does not list any of the tipped arrows in the list.

Can confirm. This arrow trade system is not in parity with Java.
I agree that Fletcher villagers should also be to trade extended, base, or strengthen potion effects on arrows in Bedrock as it is on Java, even though this does not currently happen on Bedrock.
There should be an item tag called #minecraft:tradeable_arrows so Mojang does not have to deal with this issue.
