MCPE crashes at startup when Wi-Fi is enabled

MCPE v1.1.5 Build 421474
Microsoft Lumia 950 XL

  • In the system settings enable Wi-Fi

  • Start MCPE

  • "Majong" SplashScreen for 21 seconds

  • And then crashed MCPE

  • In the system settings disable Wi-Fi

  • Start MCPE

  • "Majong" SplashScreen for 14 seconds

  • And MCPE is started without crashing

This is not only in this release so, but also in the versions before

Exactly the same behaviour here on my Lumia 950 XL. Turning off WiFi will allow the game to launch, but I am then unable to connect to Realms.

I have tried multiple wireless networks at 2.4 and 5GHz and I get the same result.
