[FIX] Chat always "off"

HOW TO FIX : DE-INSTALL THE GAME AND RE-INSTALL IT (with luck)

Phone : Asus Zenfone 2 ZE551ML (not root)

Note : I can't search if it's already report because I can't acces to the PE browser even in "bureau mode" but I saw nothing on social media about a chat issue.

Since 1.2.0.15, the chat was sometimes "always off" (it didn't work even with the chat button on "on") and now on 1.2.0.18 it don't work at all.
It's strange because I turn never the chat off and I can't even have the messages like "You need a internet connection to play with friends" (when you play on a map with "LAN" activate and without the Wi-Fi activateCommands work but I just have text that apear.

How to reproduce :
No idea, maybe it's a issue with Intel processor or just a rare bug or at least a issue of update that need to reinstall the application but I have a issue with my internet box and I have to use my 4G for now so it's to heavy to download to try
