When putting the command /say (any text), for some strange reason the message is not shown in the chat

The command works fine for me :/
Try to de-install and re-install the game, I have a chat window that didn't work and after doing it all works well (but move before your maps, behavior and ressource packs to an other place like the download one or you could lose some of them by de-installing the game !)
