When crafting shears in creative mode, it makes weighted pressure plate instead.

In creative mode, when I try to craft shears in the inventory, they just make a weighted pressure plate. The weird thing is that in any other game mode it works fine. It's only in creative mode. I included screenshots of me in every game mode crafting shears. Oh, and it also works fine in the crafting table, no matter what gamemode i'm in. It's just in the inventory crafting.
