Exporting a superflat map with custom generation resets the generation to default

When exporting a map with custom flat generation settings, the generator is reset back to default on all worlds including the original file upon reloading.

To reproduce this, load the attached world file, enter it, note how the generation is infinitely empty, now export it and load either the exported file or the original, note how the generation is back to default superflat.
