When viewing achievements within the Xbox Dashboard, the achievements are showing in the language the region is set to. it is not showing the language the console is set to.
For example if your region is set to Greek, but the language is set to English UK, the dashboard will still show Greek as the language for the descriptions of the achievements.
Appears to be using the Regional Language not the Set Language from the Xbox.
Have checked with other games and apps, and all show in English, only the Minecraft Beta seems to be affected by this.

My Xbox one language is set to English (while location is set to The Netherlands)
The game is set to English.
The achievements in game (and for some part of the dashboard) show by localization / location (The Netherlands in my case).
These should all be in English since the language is changed to English.

What i expected was since the console is set to be in English language to have the achievements in English as well.
(not partially based on location)
Changing the localization of the console (to england for example) to overcome this issue, disables purchases from the xbox one store. Since creditcard data doesn't match with the location. Thus also disables the ability to buy minecraft content.
Issue still persists in 1.2.7. I have exactly the same issue as described above, but my region is Finland and achievements show up in Finnish.
Important note to developers: Might be worth checking with the Microsoft Xbox localization team as well, since another part that shows partially in Finnish on my console is Xbox Store content.
Attaching picture evidence (version 1.2.6 at the time, taken on Dec 7th). I had unlocked no achievements at the time since I only recently bought the game on Xbox One. I have since unlocked several achievements and I also noticed the initial notification is correctly in English (I have no picture of this).
I have played Minecraft on and off since 2012 on Mac/PC and Xbox360, and I have really enjoyed the game aside from this small annoyance. I would really like to see this fixed so I could enjoy the game even more.

Edit: Pictures taken with my iPhone seem to have incorrect rotation on this website (I've noticed the same on Wordpress) and I can't find a way to correct them here, but you guys get the point.
