Redstone randomly refuse to render unless retriggering the input

Since I want to build a calculator, I was testing the furthest distance what a Redstone line can render; however, something really annoying happened. Random Redstone line refuse to light up, even right after source blocks or repeaters. Placing Redstone dust next to that glitched redstone or even replace that Redstone dust have no change, unless switch off the switch and switch back on to see the dust light up.
It is really annoying to detect which line is too long for transmitting or debugging Redstone now.
I am not good at explaining things, so screenshots are attached down below.
(I have updated to 1.2.0.31 for other device, but the result is same.)
