I uninstalled MC because it issues showing the Featured Servers and I couldn't get the multiplayer to work after doing this I reinstalled and opened Minecraft to find it said it had a license issue then uninstalled and reinstalled again to find that it would not connect to Xbox and let me log into my account PLEASE HELP!
Edit(9-20-17 @ 5:30PM EST(USA)): Reinstalling the app fixed this issue for me with the license issue the rest still apply and have been holding me back from playing on my phone

Same issue here. Tablet (Acer A1-840 running Android 4.4.4) belongs to my son. I have the app installed on a restricted profile so he cannot access the store. I have a profile which I use to install software updates. Minecraft runs on my profile, but displays the "It appears you don't have a license for Minecraft." error on his profile.
It was working fine before software updated to Minecraft version 1.2.2.3.

Hello. I know this is an old post but I wanted to post this somewhere as it's not commonly mentioned in the hopes this helps someone. Before troubleshooting, make sure your date and time is set correctly down to the minute or enable use network provided time located in Date and Time in settings. My clock was set ahead manually by three minutes due to how I use the device and that was enough to invalidate the license check. Setting that fixed my problem on Android and may work on other devices as well.
