Mooshrooms converted from legacy console worlds do not give mushroom stew

On my legacy console world I have a couple mooshrooms to provide mushroom stew. After converting the world to the new bedrock version, those mooshrooms no longer provide the stew, but the newly generated mooshrooms do. While not a huge issue, it is a small inconvenience.

I looked into it further and found that I couldn’t milk them or breed them either.

You should look around because on my converted world, everything stopped working. Sugar cane + pumpkins wont grow, villagers wont take wheat or breed, spawners aren't spawning anything, and hostile mobs spawn everywhere and never despawn...

Odd. It’s fine for me aside from the mooshrooms.
