[MCPE-26228] Cannot mine or harvest with out clicking on each block

I cannot single click to mine with a shovel, or harvest any crops unless I single click I need each block that I want to mine or harvest. Expected operation is to auto harvest as long as I tap and hold. This seems to work in creative mode, but not survival. My game says 1.2.0 on my game start up screen

I think maybe this is a dupe of MCPE-25909, which is specific to crops and has nothing to do with enchantments or dirt/grass.

I use a normal pic axe made of iron still all crops and mined ore disappear at real-time mining same with crops is there a setting I chosen that is causing it never had this happen before. No enchantments use on this pick axe
