The recently added stained glass does not appear in the colour stated. All stained glass currently appears as normal glass does without a stained colour effect.

are you using some sort of texture pack? I couldn't replicate on my minecraft. Try reinstalling minecraft (make a backup of your worlds before it) and see if it solves your problem
